Didn't get what I ordered.

Ordered necklace well In advance of Christmas for a gift. Ordered it to be adjustable. Didn't receive it until right before Christmas and it was not adjustable! Not enough time to send back,.and have in time for gift giving! Also the chain is very flimsy and the 'i" in the name looks like an "L". So disappointed in this purchase! The only thing custome service told me is I could send it back to have it made adjustable! I sent it back immediately and here we are Jan. 12th and still no gift for my niece. They didn't even have the decency to expedite it back to me. This will be the last piece I buy from Zoe Lev! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
