Nice Jewlery, terrible customer service

The Jewlery arrived late and customer service was terrible. The phone number they provide is intentionally disconnected, per customer service, they do not accept telephone calls. Only chat messages or emails. Even though it was late and hadn’t yet shipped, I wasn’t allowed to cancel the item. I was told by another customer service rep that once shipped they would have the shipper send it back to Loe Zev. That didn’t pan out. The item still arrived and was as expected. Terrible customer service for such nice, expensive Jewlery. I won’t purchase from them again.
