Everything was perfect. From easy ordering to quick shipping, then great packaging and a really beautiful necklace for my sisters birthday. She loved it. I didn’t even wrap it because I loved the card in the box and the intimacy that came with it with the packaging.

I bought the adjustable size which is perfect. It can be choker length or a bit lower. The letters stay off to the side so they didn’t interfere with other necklace pendants.
