Lovely, Creative

Lovely sideways 14k initial necklace is well-crafted with a nice sturdy chain. Shipping was fast and it came in a cute jewelry box. Their items are very creative and the company strives for complete satisfaction. Great necklace.

The necklace is loved by the person I gifted it to. Unfortunately the gift note was not sent with the gift and they didn’t know who it was from. I was disappointed with that.

Beautiful, although I thought it would be a little bit more substantial. It is a very small “A” and a very thin chain.

Exchange?

Hi - so the product came as advertised- very nice. However was a gift for my wife who had told me about the brand in passing - upon receipt, I learned ahead of time was wanting the initials w the diamonds (vs the gold ones I purchased). I appreciate these were marked as ‘final sale’ as they were initials, but hoping the common initials (A and M) may be considered for exchange noting the desired upgrade? Please advise - and thank you in advance! Frank
