Repairs
At Zoe Lev, we stand behind the quality of our products. Within the first 30 days, any manufacturing damages you may encounter are complimentary. Our repair policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. We understand that accidents happen, and after the initial 30 days, a small service fee will be applied to all repairs.
The service fee is subject to change on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of the damage. If we find that the piece is significantly damaged, missing stones, or beyond repair, an exchange/replacement or additional fee may be required.

Alterations and Add-Ons
We offer alteration and add-on services as well and can vary in price depending on the request.
Alterations can include but are not limited to; cleaning, re-engraving, adding or removing links/beads, ring resizing.
If you are interested in adding a new initial/number to your existing piece we will gladly accommodate as most of our personalized pieces are meant to grow and change with you throughout life.
