Repairs
At Zoe Lev, we stand behind the quality of our products, and our repair policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. For 30 days after your piece is delivered, we will cover repairs for damage caused by manufacturing error. We understand that accidents happen, and after the initial 30 days, a small service fee will be applied to all repairs.
The service fee is subject to change on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of the damage. If we find that the piece is significantly damaged, missing stones, or beyond repair, an exchange/replacement or additional fee may be required.
As many of our pieces are made of solid 14k Gold, they can form dents or scratches with excess force. We do not consider this a manufacturing error, and we do not offer complimentary repair services for this kind of damage.

Alterations and Add-Ons
We offer alteration and add-on services as well and can vary in price depending on the request.
Alterations can include but are not limited to; cleaning, re-engraving, adding or removing links/beads, ring resizing.
If you are interested in adding a new initial/number to your existing piece we will gladly accommodate as most of our personalized pieces are meant to grow and change with you throughout life.
