Small One Love Heart Necklace

I’m incredibly disappointed w/ this product and w/ the business practices of Zoe Lev. The necklace arrived in a cheap box and was knotted because it wasn’t secured properly. After untying it and looking at it further, I felt it was cheap and not worth the price, even though I got it on sale. I inquired about a return only to be informed that all sale items are not returnable. Because of their site-wide 20% off sale, all products are ineligible for return. I have never encountered this and wasn’t aware of this when purchasing. Yes, if you read their return policy you will find out that it is super restrictive. However, during the purchase process there was no indication that the necklace was final sale–no final sale flag on the product, and nothing in the cart, checkout, or order confirmation. In fact, the Shop checkout has an “Ease Returns & Exchanges” icon. I feel this company is incredibly deceptive regarding their returns and they obviously do not stand behind their products.
